A little about us and how our subscription service works!

How does the Bats and Bubbles subscription box work?

Step one- Select your subscription 

option 1: You can choose a month to month plan, so you will automatically receive each months box curated around a fall inspired/Halloween, cute and creepy theme! You can choose to skip themes with this option and don't worry, we send out a reminder e-mail the day before each renewal!

Option 2: You can choose from a 3, 6 or 12 month prepaid subscription. This is the best value as you will get a discounted rate! You may not skip months with the prepaid option.

Option 3: You can choose the "give as a gift" option if you would like to order a one time box for yourself or a loved one. Please ensure you are providing the e-mail address and shipping address of the person you are gifting. You will also have the option to personalize the gift with a note- which we will put in a card for you!

Step two- Your box is carefully and creepily curated 

Every month, we will ship your box (generally by the 6th) which will have an adorably creepy or fall related theme. You will receive at least 3 bath related products, as well as other surprises relating to the theme!

Step three- Your box will arrive at your lair 

It's here it's here! The wait is over and you can now unbox your fun and beautiful smelling Bats and Bubbles Box! 

How does shipping work?

Once your box is ready to be shipped, you will receive confirmation within a couple days that it has been sent. If you are a Canadian resident, you will receive tracking information through Canada Post. We do not currently offer a tracking number to U.S or international customers, however please feel free to contact us at to ask about adding an additional fee to your order to receive tracking information.

Additionally, please be aware we are a small company, as such sometimes you may notice delays in shipping. Rarely there may be a delay for up to 2 weeks. We keep our customers updated the best we can if something should arise.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept refunds on boxes, on shipping or exchanges of any kind, however if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing please reach out to us and we're always happy to answer any questions. If you are already a subscriber and have an issue with an item or have any questions, again please reach out.
